Recently I installed a Kerio Control server for my company.
I have joined it to my company's domain and so I have all network users now.
I was looking for a way to control users traffic , so according to Kerio Control Manual I decided to activate "Alway require users to be authenticated when accessing web page". after that I realise it would be kind of hard for users to login every time so I decided to activate "Enable automatic authentication using NTLM" and as this will not work by itself without some ground work, I used this article to make it work. (is.gd/7cofBl)

Now when users logged into their pc's they are logged in automatically to Kerio server, and when they use the internet I can see which user had how much traffic, the problem is this is working if they are not close their browser, as soon as they close it, their connection still alive for their IP but no user is logged in for that IP and they have internet!! and the traffic is counting for Not Logged In Users !!!!

I don't like to bound a user to an IP ( I mean automatic login using specific IP for a user ) because I have users who are logging into different PCs and using internet because of their work's nature. I don't want Not Logged in user to have internet access, but now somehow they have.

I would appreciate any suggestion thanks in advance.
