Hi, there. I'm trying to sync my Outlook for Mac 2011 notes with my iPhone 5. Does anyone know how to do this? When I go to the account settings on my iPhone, I have options to synch Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders... but not Notes. Furthermore, I've learned that the ability to sync notes from Outlook is supported on Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 or later. But this option does not appear possible through Kerio, as far as I can tell.

Is there any way I can get this working?

Thank you.

Please let me know.

Thanks for responding, Jonas. I'm also running iOS 8.3 (on an iPhone 5), but the button for Notes is not listed under the account options. I know the notes are synching up with the server, however, as I can access them through the web portal.

What could account for the fact that you can do it, but I can't? Is it possible that our administrator is not running a version of Kerio that supports this function? Something else?

Thanks again.

Is there a way for me to tell what version I am on? Or do I need to ask the administrator?

Bill

Hello Bill,

If you login via your Kerio Connect client (webmail) and click on your name (right upper corner), is there an option "About" ?

Let me know.

There is no "about" listed in the menu that pops up under my name. The first choice is "Settings" and the final choice is "Logout". But no "about"...

Hello Bob,

In this case it seems your version of Kerio Connect is older than 8.5

In 8.5 version the ActiveSync was upgraded.

Please talk to your admin.
