i just bought Kerio Operator.

I configured the SIP Account from 1&1 (german VoIP Provider).
No error message in call routing.

I configured one User and tried to make a test call in Kerio dial (webpage). There is a note, that this extension is not registered.
I also tried the Kerio Operator app on my iPhone. Same problem.

I configured Kerio exactly like Mr. Maass showed it on the youtube-webinar.


At first it was possible to call the number and my queue kicked in. Now if i want to call the configured number it just hang up.

the Operator Client interface dials the number using your phone. It's simply a more convenient way to dial. It is not a web based phone.

Can I advise you to contact our technical support team to help you with the configuration.
