Hi @all,
is there already a way to use Connect 8.5 with Outlook 2016 (preview)?
I am not able to choose KERIO connect during the setup for mail transportation. Any ideas anybody?

Thanks, Andre

Outlook 2016 is not supported yet. The only thing that works is IMAP email, but not calendars and contacts.

Thanks Pavel. I have asked my own customers not to try using Outlook 2016, and to wait until Microsoft releases Office 2016. I prefer Apple's Mail, Contacts, and Calendar apps myself, and I usually try to talk people out of using Outlook due to its horrible way that it manages email data.

I believe he meant MS Office 2016 Preview for Windows. On Mac the new Outlook version is Outlook for Mac (version 15).

Have not read all of the other posts on this? Kerio Connect is not yet compatible with Outlook 2016, and won't be until next month.

Terrific, but this thread is focused on Outlook 2016 for Mac. Windows is passé. Nobody uses Windows anymore Smile

Very Happy Yes I've noticed the lack of issues with Windows compared to Mac. it must be because that 90% of the market is quitting in droves. Shocked

The crashes of Outlook 2016 were fixed in the last Microsoft update. We are about to release Connect 8.5.2, which will include official support of Outlook 2016.
