Can you give an example of what you want to do? Should this rule be for a single person or for the whole E-Mail system?

The workaround is possible for outgoing rules:

Go to WebAdmin -> Archiving
Set archiving of messages to the "remote" email address (some user account on the Kerio Connect server)
Login with this special user to the WebMail and set rules for forwarding, sorting to the folders etc.

thanks for the reply,
im afraid i wasnt clear enough,
lets say i have an employee that i want to receive his sent items,
i dont want to go into his mailbox and check his sent items, i just want to be cc in every email he is sending,

for example for every email he is receiving i can go to his account properties and setup a forwarding email address for every email he is receiving,
so the same thing exactly i want to do with his outgoing emails,

check the pictuyre i attached,

for outlook is very easy, the problem becomes clear when i have two accounts on one kerio connector, for example i want to be cc'ed for every email sent from the first account but i dont want to be cc'ed for every email the user is sending from his second account,
let me know if you understand my point,
the solution provided above cannot be applied,

You can still do it how I described it.
Set Archiving to "remote" address (user account dedicated for this purpose, e.g. O'Brien ).
in this dedicated account set Mail filter (sieve rule) in WebMail with condition "From" (e.g. Winston Smith) and forward these messages to your e-mail address.

It's not perfect, it's only workaround. But it does what you need.
If Winston Smith will send the message, it will be "archived" to e-mail address of O'Brien and his mail filter forwards all Winston's messages to you.
