We have a receptionist phone with a Yealink EXP38 attached to a Yealink phone. The BLF keys work OK to indicate when a user is on a call/dialing etc but is there a way for the receptionist to see if a user is set to DND without having to dial the extension?

I assume the DND function on the phone isn't sending any information to Kerio Operator ,which would then change the status of the BLFs. Are there any built in codes in Kerio which would mimic the DND function?

Your assumption is correct, phones do not report the DND status to Operator. There is currently not a server side DND implementation.

There are quite some votes for this feature on uservoice < http://feedback.kerio.com/forums/125515-kerio-operator/sugge stions/3442404-make-dnd-visible-with-blf>. I suppose we might implement it in the next version.

The only known to me "workaround" is to unplug the phone from the network. But I agree, it's not really useful.
