We have several kerio operators in the cloud.
A few days sevral server give the worng time.
We have correct time servers and time zone .
Any Idea ? (see picture)
time is 21:47 but kerio gives here 19:47.

Only solution is setting time manually !

Best regards ,

HB

PS. Kerio operator 2.4.0 and 2.4.1

Perhaps there is a network issue resolving or reaching the NTP servers. In the debug log you can enable "systemdaemons". Try to disable and re-enable the time sync with NTP and refer back to this log.

Hi,

it looks like a timezone issue. However, we use the same timezone and don't experience any difficulties. It may be related to the virtual environment.

Does it happen on all your machines? Would you be able to provide me with admin's access to one of them? I'll need the admin's password and ssh access.

Contact me at <fjenicek<_at_>kerio.com>.
