Hi,

Am seeing something weird for a client of mine who can see all Public Folders in the webmail interface, but when subscribing to the same thing in Thunderbird they only see the first level or two.

Anyone seen this before?

I've done a little more digging around, turned on some messages in the debug log and see this message.

[14/Jul/2015 17:19:39][4548739072] {folder} Folder property list not found in database /Volumes/Data/Mail/mail/hbarchitects.co.uk/#public/__kerioma pi__STORE/__keriomapi__STORE_ROOT/__keriomapi__IPM_ROOT/prop erties.fld (get)

I'm guessing it's related.

Can I delete this folder and have it recreated?

Hi Jason,

A problem very similar to what you describe was fixed in Kerio Connect 8.5.0.
If you are running an older release try upgrading to 8.5

Hi Ernesto,

Thanks for the reply.

Afraid to say but we are running the latest release of Kerio Connect 8.5.1.

Any other ideas?

Jason
