Hi all,

Basically is that we need to reboot Kerio once a month to reduce the RAM utilization. It starts increasing day by day up and when it hits 80/90% we reboot it to avoid any issues.

Is that normal?

It is normal to see memory usage increase overtime, depending on activity level, but it should stop at some point.

In your case how high the memory usage gets to in GB? does it exceeds 2 GB?

Hi Ernesto,
Thanks for your reply. To be honest it never gets 2GB because we restart it before that. There're 2GB installed on the Kerio.

We restart it when it's about 90%. That occurs after a month of the last reboot. I agree that it could be normal during working hours. But, I can't see why uses 80-90% of the memory when no one is in the office.

Has anyone any idea of why this happens? It's quite annoying to have to reboot the appliance every month.

You never said which Kerio Control version you have. Are you on the latest version ?
If so, you may need to contact our technical support, they might ask you for additional details so we can troubleshoot the issue.

Hi Petr,

We are in version 8.5.2 build 3397 and we are planning to upgrade to the latest one. In case that it is a known issue, are you aware of whether it's has been fixed or not on newer versions?
