We updated both our Kerio Control Box (8.6.0 Patch 1 Build 3693) and Kerio Operator Box (2.4.1 Build 4587) last night and are now experiencing poor quality of phone calls, stuttering and sometimes cutting out all together. We are using Yealink phones T22 and T26, which both have the latest firmware and I noticed that my last phone call was using G.711 A-law Codec.

Anyone experienced these issues with the latest updates as described as above?

Many thanks

Hi!

Try to start packet sniffer, place some call and using Wireshark inspect captured stream...
Yuo can listen what exactly Operator / Asterisk process.

Also check CPU / RAM utilization e.g. on Dashboard.
