A couple of our clients are in the SORBS black list and are being blocked by our server. Is there a way for me to let there email through?

There is no way to do this in KMS as far I can see, but...

I had the same problem with SORBS as well. I solved it by not using their aggregate zone dnsbl.sorbs.net, but just this one

spam.dnsbl.sorbs.net

I switched off the dul.dnsbl.sorbs.net because people from dynamic IP zones reported problems sending mail. (I know they should use their ISP's mail server, but they rather connect to Kerio directly). See

http://www.dnsbl.nl.sorbs.net/using.shtml

for details.

Hi Pascal.

Thanks for this. Do you use any of the other lists e.g. SpamCOP?

I use spamcop, and I am able to exlude ips or ranges if spamcop blocked someone I want to pass through.

I dont think this is recommended, but it seems to be the only way to do it in kerio...and kerio support originally taught me this.

go to your smtp server

check users from IP address group under allow relay for. add the ip address you want to bypass your blackholes

pay it forward
