My Kerio keeps expiring my session every 5 seconds or so even if I'm typing a message. It will kick me out and I have to login over and over again. Is there a way to fix this?

Also, I see that you filled out a "Contact Us" request on our website explaining the same problem. I can't find the person you mention, nor the company name in our systems. I also just tried to reach you by telephone at the number you provided and was unable to leave a message.

Based on the description of the problem you provided in the "Contact Us" message, it sounds like either an issue with the equipment in your home, something with your ISP, or some configuration issue regarding remote user access. (You stated that you work from home and the issue only affects you and no other users at the company).

Hi Denise,

I've reached out to the Kerio Partner company that provides email hosting services and support for your company. You should hear from them soon (if you haven't already).

Regards,
Ken
