Assuming you have archiving switched on you will be able to see all of mail sent and received by all users by logging into webmail using the admin account or by granting that user access to the archive.

Depending on where you are in the world though the legality of doing this is highly questionable.

Go to backup and archiving in webadmin.

Set archiving to "remote" e-mail address. Copies of all incoming, outgoing and relayed messages will be send to this "archiving" email address.

Or as Zebby mentioned, set archiving to the folder and grant the access.
Be sure it's legal in your country.

Hi Guys,

The archiving to remote address worked well. Is it also possible to archive specific e-mail addresses to a remote address ?

I just read the forum announcment of the new kerio connect. I see there is a new message filtering messages on the server option. Maybe that can help?
