Ok, this isn't really a bug, but it is now a problem.
When you export the users list from Connect, it does a fine job of exporting all the users, and calling it a CSV file.
The exported file name ends in .csv
Only problem is it's not a CSV file. CSV stands for Comma Separated Values.
In the exported file, the separator is a semi-colon.
Which really messes with excel 2016.
The file doesn't import correctly until you change the name to .txt, and only then can you tell it the separator is a semi-colon.
Otherwise, it imports the file expecting to find commas between the values.
So, in 8.5.2, can we either get a txt file exported, or change the delimiter to a comma?
It would reduce my headache in trying to figure out why Excel 2016 won't import the exported Connect user list.

The file format used to export users and other data is more CSV/DSV than just CSV. DSV stands for Decimal Separator Value. CSV/DSV format is more common in Europe than in the US.
There is no formal specification (RFC, etc) for csv file formats. Typically both characters are accepted "," and ";" by most applications. This maybe just a configuration issue with MS Excel. I'll test it and let you know.
