Hi,

Anybody else having problems with wifi? My Kerio is attached to a switch together with the wireless router. Sometimes the client will have internet connection via wifi but sometimes it doesnt. How do I fix this?

Hi Karl,

WiFi connectivity is totally independent from Kerio Control in the scenario you described.

I would recommend to try to isolate the problem by:

1. Connected via WiFi, see if you can at least ping (or access via FTP, SSH, etc) another host/server connected to the switch. his will tell you if the problem is related to WiFi connectivity or not.

2. Connect you machine/laptop directly to the switch to bypass the WiFi access point and see if the problem happens from there too.

@ernesto
Actually I have 2 routers running on my network. pfsense for web cache (dhcp off) and kerio for everything else (dhcp on). Before kerio, my pfsense and the wifi is working well. All gadgets can connect to the internet. After I added kerio, some gadgets can & cant connect on different occasions.

1. Cant ping anything on wifi, cant even connect to the kc admin. But I got the dhcp IP correctly.

2. I dont have a laptop, these are just mobile devices.
