some years ago I asked about fax to email and it seemed pretty basic, no scripting or caller ID based routing abilities, and it was also noted that if the mail server is down for any reason the fax would be lost. has this been improved at all?

not having scripting is something i can work around, but losing a fax due to any type of connectivity issue is not. has a local queue been added?

additionally, not sure where to post this, the partner search on the website seems to be down, unless there really are no partners for any products near st louis mo? is Prefix Technologies no longer one?

Hi Chris,

the feature (email queue) is planned for the next major release of Operator. I can't give you any dates though.
