Hi guys,

We are having an issue with office 365 and autoconfig. After setting up our domain to point autoconfig through to microsofts servers, when we configure the account in outlook, it will take upwards of over an hour to complete the autoconfig process.

Where in the kerio firewall can I check to see what would be slowing the process down so much?

Your help would be highly appreciated.

Outkast,

Just a thought but are you running the DNS service on your Kerio Control? If so, take a look in there to see if there is any old information and maybe try clearing the DNS cache on the firewall as well.

Yes we use Kerio DNS service.
I tried that already, still result the same.
Maybe there there is other proposals how I can fix that issue?

I am also seeing this, on several of our Control boxes. I've tried clearing cache on Control and the workstations, and always end up connecting to a different network just to get O365 working. Did anyone ever find a solution?
