Only thing missing from this app is an automated e-mail setup tool within it. Other than that, it looks promising. Android is a pain for e-mail administrators using Kerio to say the least (if not for other things too.)

Is it possible to use the instant messaging tool?
it would be coll to keep contact with the people in the contacts.
it will avoid to use another tool (e.g. WhatsApp Hangouts Viber Telegram )

just tried this app and it's not very friendly. firstly, it seems to assume that you'll find the web interface for <_at_>somedomain.com at https://somedomain.com, which is pretty much never going to happen. then, it took 3 full minutes to wait for that to timeout since I don't have http on my primary domain. the option to enter the host should be right on the main screen like all the other setup tools allow.

next, you can't choose to not sync a thing. like, if I only want calendar and not contacts, i can't do that. it's required to have at least one of each thing, even if you don't use it.

Well having an app sure helps, however I believe this is an orphan now?
Is any development on it still being done? I don't see issues being solved.

What I find strange is that whenever you add a contact, it immediately starts downloading all the contacts. That seriously messed up my address book.
Why not set the items you want to sync manually? In this case I just want to add a contact for the calendar and no other items.

Thanks for the feedback on the Android app. We are still supporting it, and still working on it. We'll let you know as we get a timeline to push out updates to Google Play.

Hi all, FYI, we pushed out a new version of Kerio Connect Sync for Android today. This version addresses an issue where the app can expire. We recommend that our Android users update to the latest version which can be found on Google Play here.

We're also looking into issues that have been brought to our attention on this forum. Thank you for your feedback.

Can I get more details on the issue when adding a contact please? Are others experiencing the same thing?
Please let me know Android version and phone model.

Our engineering team weren't able to reproduce this, so more information would be great.

Are you adding a contact to your phone's address book, and then the Android app starts downloading all the contacts?
Thanks,

On an iOS device, there is a choice of using ActiveSync or CallDAV/CardDAV to synchronize contacts across devices.

On an Android device, the only option is ActiveSync, or to use a third party Android application that gives the ability to do this with CalDav / CardDav. Customers that use an Android device and want to use CalDAV/CardDAV can do it easily with this app.

Only if you can now replace or create a software or plug-in that can replace Exchange-Sync in outlook?
then you don't have to charge your customers any extra fee(tax).

thanks.
