Greetings,

WARNING: I am new to Kerio.

How do I allow access to an entire mailbox?

I have user Bob (bob@xyz.com) and user Mike (mike<_at_>xyx.com). Each user has there own mailbox being hosted by Kerio at company XYZ. Each user has Microsoft Outlook and a Kerio Connector to interface their respective mailbox. Within Mike's Outlook instance, I want him to have access to Bob's mailbox. How do I do that?

Delegating or sharing specific folders within Bob's mailbox is not what I want. I want to allow Mike to have access to Bob's entire mailbox so that when Mike is in his Outlook session, he automatically sees all of Bob's mail folders.

In Microsoft Exchange, this is a simple process. In the Exchange console (which is similar to the Kerio Connect Administration interface), you would simply right-click on the Bob mailbox, click Manage with Full Permissions, select Mike as the account who will be allowed full permissions, and you're done.

How do I do this using Kerio?
