Hi,

Anyone else seen this problem?

We have five servers and they all suffer this same issue. KC just start write data to /opt/kerio/mailserver/store/tmp -folder and does not stop until KC daemon is restarted or partition is full. This start happening after upgrade to 8.2.4. All servers running CentOS 6 64-bit. We created a ticket, but there was no help by Kerio.

I suspect that because they don´t know the issue, it is not fixed on 8.5.x. version. Answer was plain rubbish "KC needs to create tmp -files, make sure that there is enough space". Yeah, right. I can allocate space, but tmp-file is written to disk about 10Gt / 5min speed. I calculate that I need 2,88Tb extra space per day to keep it running.

I can't confirm that this is the cause of your problem, but under certain circumstances it can cause smartreply / smartforward from a mobile device.
We reproduced it with Linux server & Windows Phone 8
