Hi all!

We have switched to Kerio Mailserver a few days ago and also converted our Mailinglist, which has been maintained by a stand-alone application before, to Kerio.

We transferred the exisiting users as described in the Knowledgebase

As alway when you move to a new software we removed some accounts that have been created over time and are not used anymore. But some of these accounts have still been suscribed to the mailinglist. As I mailed a first message to the list this weekend I received a couple of bounces (it would be nice if Kerio could unsubscribe users from the list that bounce with 'user unknown' automatically, but that's not my current problem).
One of these bounce messages referred to those accounts that no longer exist on the mailserver (so the list receives an email and tries to deliver it to a non-exisiting local account). I removed those accounts from the list, but I'm still receiving this bounce mail about four or five times a day and it currently starts to become verry annoying, so any help how to stop this bounce message without creating all accounts and deleting them again after the bounce has stopped is really apprechiated.

I believe you are seeing warnings about not being able to deliver messages
that you have already sent at the time these users were subscribed to the
list.

You can:
a) wait for the retries to exhaust
or
b) go into KMS admin console, then go to "Status/Mail Queue" and remove the
undeliverable messages from the queue
