Is there a way for Yealink phones to subscribe to another users mailbox? We have a shared mailbox and need the phones to light up the Message key when messages are waiting.

We have done this by just adding the mailbox extension as a second account on the phone.

Nice idea.

Is this supported by Kerio?

How do the users pick up the voicemails on the shared account? Do they dial to an extn instead of pressing the voicemail button on the phone?

We have a tech support department of 7 users who need to share a voicemail account. Voicemail-to-email does not work for them since the email is not forwarded (or considered by rules) when inserted by Operator into a Connect account.

This could be a good workaround.
