After upgrading our server to 8.5.2 our users are seeing a message "Outlook detected an add-in problem":
Never seen this before the update and nothing has changed on the server or in the network after the update.
Outlook 2013 on Windows 8.1 64-bit (English and Swedish OS:es). Automatic updates of Office are enabled (running version 15.0.4745.1000).

Anyone seen this before?

Yeah, I have. For some reason, the plugin takes longer to start than Outlook likes, so it disables it. You can add it to the 'always enable list' in Outlook.
File > Manage Add-Ins > Kerio Outlook Connector User Interface
Select the option to Always Enable This Add-in
