I'm trying to configure remote sip clients to work with our internal sip server through Kerio VPN Client.
Connection to sip server establishes succesfully. I also can hear beeps while dialing. But when somebody picks up the phone I can hear no voice.

In Kerio Control's Active conections I can see that there is a SIP connection from VPN Client's address (for example to my sip server ( And the rule Local Traffic is applied to that connection.

I also tried to create a separate rule for sip traffic (from VPN Clients to SIP server) with traffic inspector disabled - no result.

Kerio Control version 7.2.1.

Any ideas?

Check if your SIP client has a setting for STUN. Make sure it is disabled. In Kerio Operator it will show the registered IP address of the extension. Perhaps your PBX has a similar capability so you can see which IP address is registered. Otherwise it sounds like the configuration in Kerio Control is correct.
