Dear Group,

I just setup a test List Server and one of the settings Tabs is called Archive, I have it engaged to maintain Archive of this mailing list and set to The Archive of this mailing list can be read by any user of this server.

My question is how or where to you go to view the Archive via Kerio Connect or a Web Browser EG Firefox and if a browser what is the syntax for the URL to view the Archive?

TIA

You can access the archive using any client that supports NNTP. There is a section about accessing the archive in the Knowledge Base
http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/server-configurati on/accounts/creating-mailing-lists-in-kerio-connect-1128.htm l

Brian,

Thanks

To please consider - The ability to view archive should be directly incorporated into the Kerio Connect Client, if you are subscribed to the news group why not just make it appear the same as a Public Folder that houses email.

Similar to when you setup an alias to send email to a public folder?

This would certainly be a simple yet effective powerhouse option for companies with HR distribution lists and such, and the list server is already there. Also avoid newbies that can barely do email to not have to delve into another application to view information from Kerio.

Also curious what URL would one use to subscribe to a Kerio Newslist Archive

Thanks

You can create an alias that delivers email into a public folder. Add the alias as a member to the mailing list.
