Greetings Smile

I need to know what this error message means:

[17/Sep/2015 13:59:55] ASyncIds.cpp: Folder ID "81bd908a-fce2-46f6-b8d4-e301a9357443" is in incompatible format. [User: xxx<_at_>xxx.xx, Device: (HTC2ba27551743b5522e6276d8ec1fd8, HTCOneM8s, HTC-EAS-HTCOneM8s), IP address: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]

There are a lot of them in the error report of the kerio server (latest version).

What is this? How can i fix it?

Thanks a lot for help!

Hello,

@SIBJaborek
We made some internal performance changes into EAS synchronization. The devices are informed about the change according the EAS specification, unfortunately not all devices understand it. In such case, it's necessary to manually remove the account on the device and recreate it.

@Grabsteinschubser
If you didn't modify the contents of the message you've post here, your iPhone really sent invalid item Id to Connect (i.e. something unknown). It's a bug of app on iPhone which sent it.

Yeah, I modified the first string in the brackets (privacy reasons - is it advisable?). I think the user did not recreate his ActiveSync account on his iPhone.

Dear All,
After update to Kerio 8.5.3 (5082) & recreation of user accounts on mobile devices, the iPhones seem to behave fine, but a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on Android 5.1.1 (latest available) still produces large amounts of the errors below - and so much traffic that it goes through its 2GB of allowed data volume in a few days... all Kerio...
Any ideas?
THX!
