I have Kerio 8.5.2.

After upgrading my iPhone to IOS9 my Notes created with Siri are not pushed to the server.

Notes created without Siri (normal writing) in the same account are pushed to the server.

Settings on IOS9 -> default Note account for Siri is correct.

Why Siri notes are not Synced? They exists on my IPhone in the right account.

I think you need to ask Apple about this. It is a bug in new Notes app on iOS 9. Unfortunately, the app will not upload that note to any Exchange ActiveSync server. But if you make any change in the note, it is uploaded instantly.

Edit: it seems this problem has no relation to iOS 9. It hasn't ever worked: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3400883?q=siri%20notes
