Hello,

the CardDAV Performance is not what we expected, it's really slow and if we want to edit something in a contact it takes forever.

We use Mac OS 10.9 Mavericks and Kerio Version 8.5.2 patch 1.

Anyone else having this issue?

best regards

Jens

Here too...

Server with Kerio 9.0.1 runnig OSX 10.11.2

All clients running 10.11.3.
Editing a contact really takes 30 seconds per row. Every time the beachball.

This was not happening when running OSX 10.10.

Is this a Kerio bug?

There is no communication with the server during edit process so it is not caused by Kerio Connect. I am afraid only Apple can shed some light on what`s happening in the client during edit operation.

To help with what Pavel says, I've seen the same sluggishness in Apple's Contacts app on both OS X Yosemite and OS X El Capitan, and I don't use my Kerio Connect accounts for contacts syncing. I use iCloud. Your issue is with the Contacts app, not Kerio Connect.

And by the way... You really should keep your support subscription current so you can keep Kerio Connect upgraded, and keep it compatible with Apple's newest operating systems.

Good news. With OS X 10.11.5 El Capitan and OS X 10.10.5 Yosemite Apple fixed the sluggishness in Contacts app.

We have noticed that saving Contacts in 10.10.5 is slower than 10.11.5. Anyway, editing Contacts is fun again...
