Hi,
I'm installing Kerio Outlook connect on my PC (kerio-connect-koff-8.4.0-3525-win.exe).
When I execute the installer it returns this error: "Cannot create ktfilelist.txt", I don't know how solve it.

Someone can help me?

Sounds like you don't have the rights to write to a temporary install folder to me. Are you logged in with Admin rights to Windows?

yes, i'm admin. I think that i have no problem to write in temporary folder. I'v just tried to copy a file in to "C:\Windows\Temp".

I think that is a temp file used during the install process, since I don't have that file anywhere on my installed copy.

I would try copying the install program to your C:\Temp folder, and run it by doing a right-click and pick Run As Administrator.

i've tried, nothing change.
Is possible that the problem is caused by old or failed uninstall of Kerio Connector? Do you know how to uninstall and clean all file created?

What I have done n the past id run the uninstall of all Kerio things on the workstation, if it is there, and then go and manually delete the kerio folders and search the registry for "Kerio" and delete the entries there. Then reboot, and try again.

Kerio support may help you with this without charging you for an incident. You can contact them and find out.
