Is it possible for a user to pickup a ringing group / queue, if they are not a member of the group / queue, and not logged into the queue?

Hi Nick,

To receive a call from a queue, the person must be an agent of the queue. It is possible to log in as an agent when you see no one else is responding.

With ringing groups, even a user from outside of the group can do directed call pickup using the ringing group number.
