I have looked at the user template in the admin interface to see if it's possible to set default rights to mailfolders when a user is created.
More specific, I would like the default Calendar for a new user to be shared read-only with all users from the same domain.

Anybody know if that is possible ?

kind regards

I dont think this is possible...
...but it should be the default setting if you ask me! Smile

Now we have to login to every single account we create and configure this by hand...again and again...makes no sense..yes in a perfect world the users do this on there own...but the reality is no matter how often we send them the instructions, no matter how often we show users how to do it...in the end they always ask us to do it for them..

Making this a default might be going a bit to far, but damn..having a setting in the domain for this would kick some serious ass!
