Hello, Kerio Operator with Release 2.4.3 build 4805 works with 7 Telekom SIP-Accounts over several hours (may be 6-8h) fine. Suddenly the sip Accounts where no more registrated, dialing is no more possible and in the warning log we see many messages like: chan_sip.c:21222 in handle_response_invite: Received response: "Forbidden" from '"Buero" <sip:062133908720<_at_>tel.t-online.de>;tag=as6dec2901'. When we edit one of the 7 sip accounts und click ok, a neu registration Prozess gets started and then we can dial again for 6-8 hours until the Problem happens again ond so on. We have optimized the Registration Timeout for Minimum (480) Standard (600) Maximum (3600). But that didn't help to solve the Problem. We have spoken with Telekom and they say its a Problem from the Kerio Operator. Have you any Ideas? Should we send log-Files? When yes which log-files do you need. Thanks!

Do you have the option "Send keep-alive requests every 20 seconds" enabled?

We have the same problem with Deutsche Telekom and have tried several settings without any success. Also activating the keep alive request every 20 seconds does not help.
Maybe a Kerio developer could take a look in some asterisks log to find out what is causing the interrupt after x hours.

Hi,

If you happen have debug logs (Asterisk and Asterisk detailed) from the time the issue happened, please email them to <fjenicek<_at_>kerio.com>. They must contain time when it worked fine, and also when it stopped. Please include an approximate time when it happened. Also attach a support info file (link at the bottom of the System Health screen).

Yes, i have it enabled it and then after klicking on ok the registration prozesses was negativ and the SIP-Config in Interface and Routing has a yellow Shield with a exclamation mark.
