I have been using Reverse Proxy web apps to allow Kerio Connect to coexist with using the GUI of OS X Server in Mountain Lion, Mavericks and Yosemite but El Capitan and OS X Server v.5 have made that a little harder.

I have now worked out the kinks and for those who are interested there is a Reverse Proxy tutorial (1.08) with screen shots and example files at the RAIS page: http://rais.precursor.ca.
(Also covered are sharing SSL certificates between Kerio and OS X Server).

Hello Alex,

I'm trying to make this work too under 5.0.15 server. I noticed your tutorial was missing from the precursor page. Can you point me to the latest version?

Click on the "Tutorial" link just below the graphic of the two Mac minis, or scroll to the bottom of the page where the Tutorials are listed.

You are looking for the "Server.app Reverse Proxy" tutorial.

I have updated the Reverse Proxy Tutorial to version 2.0.0.

It now covers OS X El Capitan 10.11.5 and OS X Server.app 5.1.15.

MOST IMPORTANTLY it provides a fix for the Kerio Connect Proxy Timeout error that occurs after 60 seconds.
