At no particular time, or through any particular usage, some of our users encounter an "Unexpected response". The message says 501: Not implemented...then a bunch of HTML. I have attached a picture.

This is only with a couple of our many users, while using the Kerio Connect Web Client.

I'm personally at a loss on what this means and or how to fix it.

Thanks in advance.

It would be helpful to know what browsers your users use and if there is any firewall, desktop antivirus or proxy server that may intercept communication with the server. Also enabling HTTP Server debug messages in the debug log should help to diagnose this.

Apologies. Quite a delayed response on my end.

This issue is appearing with both Chrome and Internet Explorer, as far as I know. We did not have any issues at all like this, before upgrading from....I think it was 8.2.x or something close to that.

"501 Method Not Supported". This error message started to show itself after we upgraded to the latest version.

All settings that were set before the upgrade, remained the same after the upgrade.

Are there certain requirements that Kerio Webmail needs? Did something change with Kerio itself?

HTTP versions? I'm at a loss, and everything stayed they same between versions on our end. We just updated.

And now more and more users are seeing this error message when actually using their email...or even just having the browser window open with no user activity.

I looked around in logs, but nothing really stood out to me.

A I wrote before, check firewall, antivirus or reverse proxy server. Kerio Connect 8.5 uses long-poll HTTP requests and it is possible that this communication is modified by some other software. Enabling debug logging on server (as recommended before) is a good way how to troubleshoot this.
