I currently have 50 GB mailboxes which are currently being backed up everyday. I want to store old mail of each mailbox, but still being able to search for messages in case our bosses want to look for old mail.

How can I do this?

Kerio Connect doesn't have a built-in solution for doing something like this. I have been using MailStore for this kind of thing. It installs onto a Windows system, and it gives users a web interface to access their old emails. MailStore performs a backup of its data which you can then backup using what ever backup system you want to use. Check it out at http://mailstore.com.
