From my research on this topic, it appears that Linux.Wifatch is not a threat to anyone, but instead more of a "vaccineware" for un-patched Linux devices.

Keep your SWM up-to-date, apply Kerio distributed patches & updates as quickly as possible, and make regular backups of critical data and configuration files.

I, for one, am very curious to hear how the story of Linux.Wifatch unfolds over time.
