How does Kerio Connect handle DKIM signed incoming mails?
Is there a way to deal with correct or wrong signatures, like lowering or raising spam rating.

I can only find the place, where you can enable DKIM for outgoing mails.

What action would you prefer to do if email is DKIM signed and the signature is valid?

I need to increase spam score if DKIM is absent or not valid

Most of spams I receive have valid DKIM certificate, because are sent through compromised accounts on SMTP servers or the spammer buy own domain and set valid DKIM.

DKIM signature does not say anything about spam/ham. Unfortunately.

There should be an action if the signature is invalid or absent but configured for the domain.
How about a hint in the e-mail or in the subject?

Or you could build in DMARC and handle mails like configured there.

Thank you. So currently Connect does not care about DKIM on incoming mails, is that correct?

there is a solution. You could place another product in front of Kerio Connect that acts as a Relay MTA which is able to check for DKIM message authentification: https://help.kaspersky.com/KSMG/1.0/en-EN/94014.htm
