Dear Sir

I have installed Kerio Operator and my FXO Gateway is Dlink 6004s. I want configuring Kerio Operator and Dlink 6004s to use Telephone landline.I need your help.

Kerio Operator IP: 192.168.1.18
Dlink 6004s IP: 192.168.1.3

We have not tested the DLink with Kerio Operator yet, so we have no particular recommendation. You may however check the knowledge base and try to find a similar device.

I have checked
Look DVG 6004 on 3CX very good working but in kerio i cant add it.

Please help me for connect gateway to kerio because im sure my config on Gateway is correct
I want to know on kerio have special way for connect them together

Does the Dlink gateway behave as a SIP client or a SIP server, regarding SIP registration?

If it behaves as a client, you need to configure both sides without SIP registration.
