I have more Server in my internal network, who hear of the port 443.

Can I make a translation-rule to map the traffic by the sender domain?

e.g.
https://webmail.mydomain.com:443 -> 192.168.0.100
https://extranet.mydomain.com:443 -> 192.168.0.101

You can use the reverse proxy for this. This will send the request to the correct server, based on the hostname.
