Hi

How can block telegram program ( www.telegram.com ) in my network?

I need rule for full blocking this program and sites.

Hi

Kerio doesn't block https or encrypted data so the problem is encrypted data that they don't need ant login or use/pass, but you can do somewhat:

If you need only authenticated users to be able to browse even on HTTPS sites you can add the following traffic rules:


This one on top of your NAT Rule:
#1
Source: Any
Destination: Internet Interfaces
Service: HTTPS
Action: Deny


Then a new rule on top of it:

#2
Source: Any Authenticated user
Destination: Internet Interfaces
Service: HTTPS
Action: Allow
Translation: Enable source NAT

*remember second rule must be in top of all of your rules and then the firs one (deny rule) goes.
