Hi, we have an annoying problem with Kerio Connect and Outlook 2013. We use a list of contacts in public folders ( but it occurs also with a shared folder), if a user creates or modifies a contact by applying formatting to text in the "field notes" (eg a word in bold or italic or a different color) on the machine that made the change is displayed correctly, but on the machine of another user on the network, text formatting it is completely changed. The problem we noticed that also occurs for text formatting applied to a task. All this is creating a lot of inconvenience to the work. All users use Outlook 2013. The version of kerio is 8.5.3. If you can help, we performed the same test with public folders of Exchange and the problem does not occur. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you all.
