I am running Outlook 2016 with Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline edition). Things work ok, but I would like to select the Kerio account as the default data file. However, when I go to Account settings > Data files, I see that the account related to Kerio is showing "Not available" where the file location should be displayed. Clicking Settings for that account shows the authentication settings, server details etc. but there is nothing for configuring the file. As suggested somewhere I tried emptying the cache under the maintenance tab, but to no avail.
Any idea on how to have a file there?
