Hello
I have two users in kerio control, this users must access to internet according to following rules:
Rule1
Name: internet access for user-1
Source: user-1<_at_>cyber.local
Destination:internet interface
Services: HTTP,HTTPS,FTP
Translation:NAT balancing per host
Action: allow
Rule2
Name: internet access for user-2
Source: user-2<_at_>cyber.local
Destination: internet interface
Services: HTTP,HTTPS,FTP
Translation: NAT balancing per host
Action: allow
The following options has been selected for authentication
1) Always require users to be authenticated when accessing webpage
2) Enable automatic authentication using NTLM

The user-2 can access to internet, but user-1 can not?!

Thanks Smile

You might need to add DNS to the rule. There is a KB article that describes this configuration http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-control/security/configuri ng-traffic-rules-1312.html#sect-usersinrules
