Hello,

"Reserve at least" and "Do not exceed" is HARD limit or SOFT limit?


"Reserve at least" HARD = always reserve this value
"Reserve at least" SOFT = reserve only if needed (other services can use all bandwidth)

"Do not exceed" HARD = always limited to this value
"Do not exceed" SOFT = limited only if no free available bandwidth


Ideally, if there was a checkbox for limit type.

it would be nice if you add the ability to switch the type of limits.
