Hi all

I have looked into the knowledge base, admin guide and on the internet via my favorite search engine but have not found the answer yet.

scenario:
our firm is merging with another and their phonenumbers should be added to our range.

current working state:
current nrs 02 743 23 00 - 399 and 02 743 34 00 - 499
In the call routing for incomming calls I have currently : +322743xxxx -> xxx (fallbackto 311)

nrs to add:
02/740.09.70 - 02/740.09.79
02/526.90.41
02/526.90.40
02/558.97.73
02/527 88 35

I wanted to use :
+3227432300-+3227432399,+3227433400-+3227433499,+3227400970- +3227400979,+3225269040,+3225269041,+3225589773

questions:
1/ Is this the correct definition?
2/ Isn't there going to be a conflict with the "-+"

many thanks for your constructive replies

Hi,

the plus character is indeed causing some troubles. Upon save, Operator will incorrectly convert the plus to a zero.

What should work is to use individual numbers separated by commas. This unfortunately means, that you must create a list of approx. 210 entries.

We will analyze the situation and address it in the next version.

Thank you,
Filip

Hi Filip

before the upgrade I had version 2.3.3.
And in version 2.3.3 there was a limit in the number of individual numbers you could define. I believe it was 100 numbers.

Is that still the case for v 2.4.4 patch 1?
If so, the definition of individual numbers wil not be a solution.
