I'm getting unneeded tickets in my helpdesk due to auto replies from kerio users.

I'm assuming they are older versions of Kerio connect, but I wonder:

What version brought support for OOO replies including an X-Autoreply header?

If not, I hope we can see it in a coming version.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Autoreply processes X-Autoreply header from original message since Kerio Connect 7.4.0. But when sending the reply we use header "Auto-Submitted: auto-replied" as recommended in RFC 3834 - chapter 5.6.

Got it.. so I need to ask my support ticketing system to support "Auto-Submitted: auto-replied" , as recommended in RFC 3834 - chapter 5.6.

If they do, that'll work!
