Hello everybody,

having problem with Kerio Control 8.6.2 build 3847.
Was working just normal for half a year, running on an VMWare Server. For some reason, the internal communication to the control is blocked. Users can't open websites in this time. Also pinging the box is not working.
After a while (1-3 Minutes) the websites are opened in the browser and also pinging is working again.
When working constantly on the machine with internet traffic, everything is working. Only when you have something like a break, you have to wait a few minutes to keep working.

In the debug log there are many lines with different internal IPs and different external IPs:

[01/Dec/2015 09:32:54] {pktdrop} packet dropped: Traffic rules (from i-NET - Cable, proto:TCP, len:64, 10.x.x.x:52534 -> 1yy.yyy.yyy.yyy:5222, flags:[ SYN ], seq:580898687 ack:0, win:65535, tcplen:0 0 0)

(xxx = internal IP, yyy = external IP)

Also strange: One machine isn't affected in this time and working probably while two others get this error around 6-12 times a day Embarassed

Because of the "SYN" Flag we have disabled flood check in Kerio Control, and for testing nearly everything else, but no affect. This error keeps coming up.

Anyone an Idea how we could solve this?
