Hello,

i have a (little?) problem using public folders with a custom form and Kerio Connect 9.

Situation:

PC1 running Outlook 2013 64bit / KOFF
PC2 running Outlook 2013 64bit / KOFF

User of PC1 has administrative rights to manage public folders. User creates a public calendar with a custom form. This folder can be accessed by the user of pc2 without any problems.

Now the user of PC1 adds a new entry with that custom form. The user of PC2 can see that there is a new entry, but when he opens it, it will show up with the Outlook standard form. When the user of PC2 creates a new entry the custom form will be used, and when the user of PC1 opens it again the Outlook standard form is used.

Before Kerio the company used SBS2011 and there the complete functionality was given. Mails and folders were migrated manually to Kerio as KEMT had a break up during migration and wasn't able to restart the migration.

Any idea what causes this behaviour?

Thanks in advance and best regards
Michael
