Hi,

I have two standalone Kerio Connect Servers (one in version 8.5 and one in version 9) and I need to move a domain (4 users) from one server to the other but I receive errors messages when I try to login to the migrated accounts.

(Root folder '' cannot be listed)

You can find the error message in the web mail in attachment.

I have used this procedure :

1. Disables the 4 users on the original server
2. rsync -av /opt/kerio/mailserver/store/mail/domain.ext to the same emplacement in the other server
3. created the domain and the 4 users (sames names, sames passwords) on the destination server
4. try to login with errors and I see no mail in the mailboxes

I have also try with copy the domains and users record from users.cfg and mailservers.cfg in place of create it in the destination server (with stop and start the service) but same error.

Somebody can help me ?

Thanks in advance,
Amaury

Just a stab at this... Are the user folder names exactly the same, and not Bob on one server and bob on the other? Have you tried creating the 4 users on the new server first, stop the servers, copy the contents of the folders from the old server to the new, and restart the new server?

I have found my mistake. The new server have a trial licence (I prepare it and test it durant waiting of the definitive licence key) and Connect not permit import data of other server durin trial ( http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/troubleshooting/ge neral-errors/i-get-an-error-that-says-create_time-install_ti me-439.html)

I think that the problem will be resolv when I receive the licence.

Thanks,
Amaury
