Hi,

I am trying to upgrade a v1.1 server to the latest v2.4.4.1.

I am using Safari.

When I try to upload the img file I get the error "Maximum File Size Exceeded" from the Kerio Operator interface.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

ft.

Hi,

These old versions had an upload limit in the Advanced options.

I recommend the following steps:
0. Do a backup!
1. Increase the upload limit to the maximum the GUI will allow (256 MB if I remember well)
2. Restart Operator, just to be sure all the worker threads in the built-in webserver have the new limit.
3. Get a version that fits into the size limit, e.g. http://download.kerio.com/dwn/operator/operator-2.0.3-1134/k erio-operator-upgrade-2.0.3-1134.img
4. Upgrade to 2.0.3.
5. Get the current version and upgrade to it.

Hope this helps
Vladimir

I had not noticed that setting before.
